The philosophical stance of BBCS in its undergraduate studies is that of basic education: the processing and accessing of information and concepts, the reception and transmission of accumulated knowledge, the encouragement of the critical faculties of cognitive inquiry and the affective integration of acquired knowledge with one's life.
Tuition for the Undergraduate degree is $140.00 per semester hour or $420 per 3-semester hour course, plus $12 learning resource fee for campus students. Books, audio and/or videotapes are extra.
